Interpreter for your marriage-based green card interview
The officer interviews you and your spouse about your relationship, sometimes separately (a Stokes interview). The interpreter must be neutral and cannot be a relative or friend. We provide impartial, unrelated interpreters, two interpreters when spouses speak different languages, and no contact with either spouse before the interview beyond logistics.
